By accessing and using the Claude Max Trial service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Claude Max Trial provides a 30-day free trial of Claude Max, Anthropic's premium AI subscription. The trial grants access to Claude Fable 5, Opus 4, Sonnet 4, and Haiku models with no usage caps during the trial period.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. One trial per person/email address.
We require a valid payment card for identity verification purposes only. No charges will be made during the trial period. Your card information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
The free trial lasts for 30 calendar days from the date of activation. You may cancel at any time during the trial period with no obligation. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, standard subscription fees may apply.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Claude Max Trial and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
